This little charmer is freshly restored in its original colors. Fiat built a total of about 40,000 Series I cars from 1932-33. This one was built as a knock-down kit in France, where it presumably lived most of its life before being imported to Montreal by a French Canadian. Some parts were evidently sourced in France, like the French-labeled glass. Power comes from a 22.5-hp 4-cylinder. Balilla is the name of a boy who is supposedly responsible for starting an Italian revolution against the Russians by throwing stones at them.
